Tamara wasn't a social person, and that suited her just fine. But it seemed that it wasn't good enough for her mother, who thought she should be 'acting like a young lady'. Her mother was always trying to get her to be a lady. Buying her dressed, taking her on 'outings' to garden parties. And now this. Her mother's new idea was horse ridding. So of course her mother had gone out and brought the most expensive horse she could find, and sent Tamara on her way. Tamara had to admit the horse was good looking. A dapple grey gelding named Cal. Well, actually he had a three barrel name that Tamara had proptly forgotten, but remember that the last owners had mentioned something about his nickname being Cal. She was now standing outside the stables where Cal was boarding, due for her first riding lesson with an instuctor. But Tamara had no idea where she was meant to be.

Camara sighed happily as she neared to stables, they had become like a second home to her and she spent as much time there as possible. She was about to visit her favourite horse Bailey, when she noticed a girl looking a bit lost. She had never seen her before she was certian, she now knew every one at least by their first name, so she decided to introduce her self.
"Hello Are you new here?" she asked with a smile on her face.

"Well, um, yeah." Tamara replied slowly. Like she said, not a good socialiser at all. "Um...I'm here for a ... riding lesson. But I don't know where to go. I need a horse named ... um, Cal. He should have gotten here ... a few days ago?" Tamara asked quietly.

"Cal...Cal? hhmmm" she thought "I can't think of a horse named Cal. Oh I'm Camara, but you can call me Cam" she said happily "One of the instructors might know where your horse is, come on in and we can find her" Camara moved into the stables.
She was nearly inside the stables when she turned back and looked at the girl "I'm sorry, what is your name?"

"Tamara." She replied, smiling weakly, following Cam. It seemed the girl knew her way around the stables quite well, smiling at a whole buch of people as they past.

((I think we need some more people, I'll leave it open))
The first person Camara thought to ask about the mystery horse was her Aunt Jeanne, but she was at some function or something and wouldn't be back till Sunday so she went to the main offices to find someone else.
"Come on up", she said beaconing her up a short flight of stairs, "I'm sure we can find someone who knows about your horse, usually I would probably know, I love meeting the new horses, but this is the first time I've been here for a month" she knocked politely on the door. She knew all of the instructors, but was only really close to those who taught her so she was always polite around the others. The door opened and Camara flashed a quick smile at Tamara before entering.

"Come in." Replied Sophia, who was sitting behind her desk facing the window, so she turned to face the door. Her red hair was plaited on either side, and she was dressed in jeans and a slightly horse-dirtied tshrit. At 24, she was one of the younger teachers, and one of the less strict.
"Oh, hey Camara." She knew the girl reasonably well, she was Jeanne's neice. "How can I help you and your friend?"

"This is Tamara" Cam said pointing to the young girl, "she's new here and she'd looking for her horse. It's name is Cal, it's suppose to have come in recently." Camara smiled and waited for a response.

"Cal..." Sophia Darling thought about it for a moment. "Oh, right. The grey that arrived the other day." She stood up, ushering them out the door and down to the stalls. "Good looking boy." She turned to Tamara as they walked. "You ridden much before?"

Tamara shook her head. "Not really. My mom thought I should start, so she bought me the fanciest horse she could find." Tamara said, slightly displeased, but used to her mother after 16 years.

"Well, that's not the best way to start. But it is one." Sophia shrugged. "Don't worry. Heaps of parents of students here are liek that. It's how most of them started. But not Camara here." Sophia smiled at the girl.

Cam couldn't held but whistle in surprise both at what Tamara said and at the beautiful horse before her, "you are so lucky" she sighed, she still had to use the stables horses for lessons. She had stopped using Baliey a while ago as he was a beginners pony. She now usually rode Chutney, a light brown mare named becuase of her lumpy personality. She could be stubborn or loving, depending on the whether, or month or rider, well anything could affect her mood really.
"Do you know when your lesson is, because i could show you around before hand?" Cam asked hopefully.

"It's supposed to be in half an hour." Tamara replied. She was still looking at Cal. This was thae first time she had seen hi, and he was huge. She didn't think she could ride a horse that big, and not fall off.
But on the other hand, he was beautiful. He had dark gray coat with light grey speckles. He had a darker mane than his body, and his two back feet had white on them. She pulled her eyes away, turning to Camara. "Um, I'd like that."

"Half an hour? I'm taking that lesson." Sophia smiled. "I'll see you then, I guess." She turned to leave, but quickly turned around. "Camara, can you help Tamara tack up Cal before her lesson, please?"

"Sure can" Cam replied, grinning, "well you should feel loved, your tacks all here ready for you to use," she indicated to the tack along the stall. She opened the gate and slipped in, "Come on in and I'll show you what to do."
((I hope I know what i'm doing, blanket first right, then the saddle, waiting to make sure they arn't holding there breathes to make the saddle looser or something, then you strap it on??? then the stirups, measuring by like putting your hand on the top of the strap and the stirp under you arm. Did any of that make sense, if not tell me how to do it. Lol the student teaching the teacher))
